STINGER GOLF PRODUCTS SHIPPING POLICY
Standard Shipping averages 2-5 days for delivery to most areas in Australia. Shipping to regional areas (eg regional WA/NT) will take longer. It is important to remember that delivery times are estimates, and can be affected by weather conditions or other unforeseeable events that are outside the control of the shipping company.
LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Replacement of damaged items or lost deliveries can be offered to customers who contact Stinger Golf Products to discuss the issue within 5 days of delivery. Please inspect the contents of your shipment carefully upon your receipt of it and report any items that are missing or have arrived damaged or broken in transit. We are still open to discuss options after those five days have passed.
We currently ship to locations within Australia only.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If for some unforeseen reason an item is temporarily out of stock an automatic back order is placed and we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
