Stinger Golf Products provide free shipping on all products Australia Wide.
SHIPPING POLICY FOR HIGH-VALUE PRODUCTS
We understand the importance of ensuring that high-value products reach our customers safely and securely. To facilitate this, we expect our customers to provide appropriate and safe delivery addresses when placing orders. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their shipping address is accurate and secure.
We advise our customers to choose delivery addresses where they can confidently receive their orders without the risk of theft or misdelivery. We strongly recommend avoiding addresses with known security issues or the potential for packages to be left unattended.
It is crucial for customers to carefully review and accurately enter their shipping addresses during the checkout process. We want to emphasize that we do not assume responsibility for products delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors or addresses which have communal areas (apartment buildings/offices etc).
TRANSIT TIMES
AUST:
Standard Shipping averages 2-5 days for delivery to most areas in Australia. Shipping to regional areas (eg regional WA/NT) may take longer. It is important to remember these delivery times are estimates, and can be affected by weather conditions or other unforeseeable events that are outside the control of the shipping company.
NZ:
Standard international Shipping averages 8-15 days to most areas in NZ. Shipping to regional areas across NZ may experience longer waiting times. Please follow your detailed tracking link which will be provided to you via email.
LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Replacement of damaged items or lost deliveries can be offered to customers who contact Stinger Golf Products to discuss the issue within 5 days of delivery. Please inspect the contents of your shipment carefully upon your receipt of it and report any items that are missing or have arrived damaged or broken in transit. We are still open to discuss options after those five days have passed.
LOCATIONS
We currently ship to locations within Australia and NZ only.
ORDER TRACKING
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.
BACK ORDERS
If for some unforeseen reason an item is temporarily out of stock, an automatic back order is placed and we will ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
